Costs associated with live consultations, services, or transactions conducted outside the SmartBuyers AI platform.
Requests made after the 90-day guarantee period has expired.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are typically processed within 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider.
Once issued, the timing of funds appearing in your account is controlled by your bank or card issuer.
7. Limitations
We reserve the right to deny refund requests that involve fraud, abuse, or violation of our Terms of Service.
